Urban Infill Properties, Inc. (UIP) is a regionally focused real estate company concentrating on infill redevelopment and management opportunities. UIP specializes in identifying highest and best use possibilities created through General Plan Amendments, urban blight, and/or favorable market conditions.  Our extensive commercial and residential experience affords us the proven ability to underwrite transitioning commercial properties, as well as the residential re-development that may replace them.  We pride ourselves on delivering economically viable and creative transactions, while maximizing returns for our clients.         

MISSION STATEMENT

Urban Infill Properties was founded on the belief that redevelopment of obsolete, under-utilized, or blighted properties is a better solution, than suburban sprawl, to accommodate a growing population’s needs for residential and commercial real estate, and that the West Coast will always be a most desirable place to live and work.

TEAM

The Team of Rick Hill and Greg Sullivan have a combined experience of over 40 years in the real estate profession.  Both careers have been concentrated in Southern California and the West Coast working with recognized industry leaders.  This focus has given the team a unique knowledge of this market and has allowed them to establish hundreds of relationships with property owners, developers and other real estate professionals.  They joined forces in 2001 and quickly became a regional industry leader in residential infill properties.  Their tireless work habits, prolific activity, creativity and unmatched experience have earned them an exceptional reputation in the specialized field of infill redevelopment.
